on 6/27/19Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
They used to be fantastic but in the past three months they have undergone restructuring as they call it so if you want to phone someone or use their virtual chat you are 500 on the waiting list or if you email I haven't heard back from anyone and has been weeks. And unfortunately if you go into a store they can't help you with much
Horrible. Hold time is 1 hour and 45 minutes. I've called 3 different times trying to get my return credited
NOT. A wait of 1+ hours. To receive a return label, I'm advised to wait 48 hours. (Really?). I did not receive a label, so after 48 hours I contacted LLL again, ( another long phone wait), and then received a return label.
Very easy. Use the live chat on the website. They are very helpful.
