How long should it take for a check to be issued after I've hit the $20 mark and chose to get a mailed check? I've been waiting like 4 months.

Laura,
Purchases are eligible after 60 days. Therefore, you would have to have reached $20 in cash back on qualified purchases, for example, with qualified purchases made through 6/30/17 to receive a payout on 8/31/17. Note that bonus cash back is not payable until you have $20 in cash back from qualified purchases.
