Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!

I just called them and reached a recording since it is Saturday. It did tell me, however, to send an email to support@shopfemthings.com with "cancel membership" in the subject line to cancel my membership. I hope it works because I did it... and I hope it helps you too!
