No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.

Not sure yet - it is in the air right now. They definitely were a legit company before the health crisis started but right now there are some questions about missing shipments coming up that need to be answered and fast:-(!

And the employees could answer them even work from home as other employees still send out stuff and internet orders are "processed", too!

Yes this is a scam - do not purchase from here or give them your credit card number

Don't know for sure. I did get half my order. Can't get thru to email or phone number. Get disconnected immediately.

Very possibly scammed. I've been charged for items, no shipping confirmation, cannot reach live person first 4 calls and when I finally did they brushed me off saying they've emailed the warehouse and I will be contacted. No follow up after that. They may have been legit before COVID-19, however this being my first order through Shoplet I wouldn't know for sure. I will never order from Shoplet again.

Shoplet is a very legit company. I have been ordering from them for all my office supplies ned for the past 5 years. Never had a major issue. When I did have any issues, their customer service reps were very helpful in resolving the issues. I would certainly recommend them.
