What exactly does ShopRunner do if you don't process or ship orders? This question is in response to a customer service reply to my negative review.

Hi Lottie. You are correct, ShopRunner does not process your order nor ship your products. The retailer with which you placed your order does that. ShopRunner is in partnership with top retailers and brands to offer our members free 2-day shipping on all purchases of eligible items from participating retailers. Additionally, ShopRunner members receive Free Shipping on Returns of eligible items and exclusive offers from our participating retail partners.
