How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Sitebacana.com?

The site is the one displayed when ordering. When I initially went to their email it wasn't legit. I got another email address and another company name from PayPal (since they were the site I paid from). So I emailed the smileyhomey address and received a reply from Rosa|sitebacana.com

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach their customer service. And when you try to reach out to them via the other various names they go by, they simply say, 'Sorry, that's not us' - which is not true. It's a shell game.
