on 3/27/16Their problems are many: 1. They are scam artists. 2. If you try and email them and you do not have an account with them, you'll get an email saying "We don't know you" and force you to open an account with information you don't want them to have. 3. Their main office is in England! Yeah good luck with the time change on getting anyone live. I could not find a working phone number in the US to reach them.
Scam, scam, SCAM! Stay away!
While transferring funds from skrill, they charged some money as charges in our currency. The amount has to be transferred to my bank. But they have transferred by GBP. And that too a little money. I made a complaint and within few days they sent a mail that the issue has been resolved because while the funds transfer a third party bank transaction has involved and complaint closed. But my bank statement clearly mentioned that they have received the funds from Skrill. I sent them the scanned image of the bank letter. They just sent a mail that the issue has been resolved. Finally the amount I received was only 10%. Rest 90% was stolen by skrill. Please do not open account with them.
Dear friend, u touch Skrill at yr. Peril. My experience with Skrill was so negative that it has turned out to be my mission to warn people (family, friends, acquaintances) like u for yr. Own sake. More fool the people who have not yet get con by Skrill & couldn't understand. I was sort of 'lucky' b/c I only ever deposited small sums & Skrill worked a dream for abt. 2-3 mths; then my a/c was BLOCKED by Skrill after my last small sum upload. Skrill LIED & kept on lying that it had got nothing to do with them! But after a lot of wasted hours of checking, it turned out Skrill did it & not even giving u a reason. I'd to paid a fee just to get the balance out of that conning company before closing the phony a/c. What a trickery! O'cos, this don't happen to all b/c Skrill'd get investigated in no time, Skrill operates in a certain way, so it can eliminates the 'unprofitable' customers & retain the 'profitable' ones to keep the money rolling in & they remain HIDDEN behind their scheme & continue to operates with a certain credibilty. Those who have yet to be scammed would praise Skrill only b/c the system is working for them ( I admit when it was working for me, it was good) but that was before they'd worked out I'm the 'unprofitable' one & I got eliminated! When things do go all funny, u'll then discovered Skrill's motto: Silence is golden.
They take your money + their fees and never send your money back
The problem is they will block your account as soon as you some significant amount of funds in there and make up some rubbish about how you broke their terms and conditions, and you dont get get the money back.
