I seems like a scam as I went through hell to be able to rebook a fly due to the airline fault.

Yes they are scammers and fraud company please do not trust them once they fraud you it will be very hard to get your money back

They are deceptive and lie airlines should not do business with them.

Charge from the credit card. Not give the ticket. When ask, the ticket price goes up 60$. If cancel, I have to pay 50$. I canceled it but on the reservation status they changed to ticketed. I think I will not get all my money back.

Legit with scam tactics. 1- Bait and switch: false initial fare then they hike it either before or after you pay.
2- False claim that you get free cancellation within 24 hours. Agents insist on charging $350/passenger because "that's what the airlines charge, not us"
3- Rude customer service out of India even before any of these issues came up.
