When I've had trouble in the past, I contacted them through the e-mail address that they provide on their website and got a prompt response & we were able to resolve my issue with virtually no hassle. I think some people are making the mistake of trying to contact Snag on Facebook and Instagram.

I have contacted them via email re shipment delays during covid & have always found them to be courteous & helpful.

Virtually impossible, they will ghost you if they don't want to deal with your problem
