Hello I have received a slipcover for ikea 3 seater ektorp sofa which does not fully cover the sofa from the bottom. I like the colour and fabric and i wish it fitted well. Unfortunately i have to now return the product. But why should i pay for return of a faulty item? Please help. Order 6862
