Not easy at all! And when I had someone on phone, he was rude and not helpful.

It is not. They don't reply. You can send several messages via email. Their chat is a robot that does not understand your question and the phone number is for a voice mail that you never get a reply to. I too paid a lot.

It is impossible to get customer service or anyone to answer calls or emails
