Is the $7.99 fee for the sticker a monthly charge? I just looked at my banking statements and noticed that I was charged again for 799 from sticker.c

Yes they charge you 9.99 every month. They say they reimburse u but they don't. Its added into your earnings. My first payment I made $1.00

Yes, but for US it was $9.99. It was not supposed to be charged if you earned, but the ONE MONTH that they said I earned I never got that measly $12 (that's DOUBLE EARNINGS) and they still charged me $9.99!
