From what I am reading sounds like a lot of scamming going on. Do I need to cancel my member ship or are these people legit.

Be wear they say one thing on their web, but the managers of each storage have the right to change dates, timeline, and even after you won a unit they will still let the tenant recuperate the unit. So your time and effort will be lost
