on 3/13/16They told me same thing, night before I called and they said sorry seller changed there mind! It was to Aerosmith to say I was devastated was an understatement! They gave me my money back which was 500$ and said they also where giving me a 250$ credit.
I still haven't used the credit because I don't trust them and never will! Ask for refund! And get your tickets anywhere else! While there's still time
You should contact stubhub and say I would like a refund. They will say oh there is nothing we can do but just fight your way through. That is what I did. Just be aggressive say I want to talk to your manager of say i will tell everyone not to use this website you guys are bu*****t just be firm and aggressive. Don't be super duper mean but just enough
We had an unsatisfactory experience with StubHub. Told them we needed the tickets by Monday, we didn't receive the tickets until Wednesday after several phone calls. We paid $200 per ticket, the face value of the tickets was $57. I understand a reasonable mark-up but this was excessive. Stubhub pretty much said we'll sell at any price. We will not be using Stubhub again. Check out the approval rating, 25%...
Happened to me too... I was not happy and tried to cancel the order... They make it impossible to do so... They will put you on hold forever and eventually just hang up... The good news is I did receive my tickets on the day they promised... I still don't plan to use them again as their customer service is horrible, and I had to worry for 2 weeks about whether or not I would get my tickets
