It was very difficult based on my experience. Had some issues with a purchase and sent my inquiries many times and waited weeks before they finally got back to me. And the customer service was not helpful at all. Really really bad experience!

They do not reply to emails, or PM's on FB or IG. SCAM

That depends on what department but generally not too difficult at all
