It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".

Impossible! They will never let you speak to anyone who actually has the power to resolve anything.

No do not use. Customer support reads off of script and does not go past that. They only escalate tickets which is long process and followup is still to customer support which does not vary from. Script.

Impossible! Automated system and if a person answers in messenger they tell you to go to website for helpful facts. Will not respond to questions or answer emails

Their Urgent Care team is a joke. Their requests are not possible to comply with. It seems like they act the victim and give you a runaround until you tire of the effort and they pocket your money.

You can get all kinds of customer service but nobody knows anything nobody speaks any English they will tell you they speak good English but they don't understand anything. You will never get a supervisor

Just text them "Agent" and every 15 minutes you'll get a text from someone pretending to help you. In reality it's all a scam to take your money and give you nothing. You can also can them at 877-778-2321 and you'll get a live person from someone in the south pacific who will steer you to the text chat. I guess phone calls cost more over there than text messages.

You can only contact through text and when you find a number the phone call is broken and you cannot hear them
