Why has this survey site stopped paying out on processed points and ignores all emails?

Did you submit a less than perfect review about them before your account was suspended?
That's exactly what happened to me because I felt I was being scammed and I left an honest review not even horrible just honestly they either get paid by you clicking recapture or how many times they can get you to answer the same question over and over again without giving you anything like it's a sick game. So they suspend your account for any reason they decide do not give you any notice of it let you still waste your time and effort applying to all the surveys and they just tell you that they're full instead of telling you your account is suspended for XYZ giving you a chance to correct that and at the very least paying you the entire amount you earned before your account was suspended or flagged. If for no other reason, just because it's the right legal thing to do.

Hi Scott - it's encouraging to see there is a live person behind the mess that is Branded Surveys. Could you please explain why you are not allowing me to redeem my points. I am accessing the site from the UK, no proxy is used, all my surveys have been approved. I have send around 5 emails to your customer service but yet to have someone look into my issue.

Branded Surveys has not stopped paying out processed points and we do our best to answer every inquiry that comes our way. It is possible that your account may have been flagged for security reasons. Please ensure that you are accessing Branded Surveys from inside the US, UK, or Canada and that you are not utilizing a proxy server. Thank you for your inquiry.
