on 3/12/19I believe my husband did break one of the knife blades and sent it off to the company and they fixed it with no charge and sent it back... that's what we call standing behind a quality product and just to mention he had that knife for 8 years before the blade broke, which was probably more my husbands fault than the knifes'.
It is very easy to contact customer service. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely needed to talk to customer service but when I have I have always been satisfied with the results.

Because their site is so easy to navigate I have never had to use their customer service, but they promote customer service with a toll free phone number and I have little doubt that anyone answering that number would be ready to handle whatever happens.
Just email them or make a phone leave a message they'll call you back ASAP. And work with you on your request.
