Teen safe seems to be getting to the phone and did originally download text messages, but now it gets the new data and there are no messages?

They have to backup to iCloud. If they aren't on wifi and plugged in at some point then it won't backup. No backup means no data. If that happens we just go to the phone and force a backup and it will get you all the latest data.

I was wondering the same thing! The last two days I can't see anything and wondered if my child had figured it out and did something to block it?
