Not a hoax... just of very limited use in my opinion. If all you want to do is watch text messages than i guess it's ok... but only if the phone backs up to the cloud.

Really isnt very valuable. I had it for less than a week and it was pretty pointless really.

Inspite of following all of the steps... it never updated. I had it a little over a month and I saw 3 days of updates. Don't waste your money or your time... find a more reputable and legitimate website to spy on your kids
