It is easy to use, no need any expert hand to transfer data

I needed to perform a task, so I googled for a solution to change a file formatted as IMG to PDF. Their ad seemed to be professional and the site said they would offer support. Since the product, Tenorshare iCareFone, was advertised to work with Windows, I expected it to be just what I needed. When I tried to use it I received a compatibility error, and could not get support to resolve the problem. Tenorshare replied eventually, but indicated that they think it must by my system and not their software, so they don't feel obligated to refund.
