You just have to "apply" by doing the provided sample of copywriting/proofreading/translating. Some languages or services are not readily available, so it is a process that might need to be repeated over time. Once you are accepted, you pick your interests and articles are open to you on a first come/first serve basis. You can apply for additional services again if you feel you can take on more.
