Yes and no... They both offer items for relatively the same prices, but Bigbadtoystore has many items and brands that TFSource does not carry. Bigbadtoystore typically receives their preorder items about a week before TFSource. BigBadToyStore offers $4 flat rate shipping on anything and everything you buy and will hold orders for 90 days so you can pile up the loot for that $4 shipping rate. TFSource offers free shipping on orders over $150 as long as they ship from one of their two main warehouses; if you order "vintage" items with regular in stock items, you may wind up paying shipping charges even though your order may total over $150. BigBadToyStore typically responds to customer service inquiries within 48 hours and I've always received a reply from them on my inquiries. TFSource claims they respond in one business day or less but it usually winds up being two or more business days and sometimes they will just ignore your message, especially if you have a complaint; I've never run into any real issues getting what I have purchased, but they do tend to false advertise on their promotions and their item listings are frequently incorrect or incomplete so it helps to know exactly what you are after and do your own research elsewhere if there is something you are interested in.

It sells similar products. However, the level service is not even close. I tried ordering from them once. I ordered 400 dollars worth of masterpiece transformers from them, got screwed out of my "sourcepoints" on a technicality with no effort whatsoever to make it right and I was charged for the items almost 4 months prior to receiving them. I immediately went back to BBTS full of regret and have only bought from them since.
