Are there real authentic handbags?

I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.

I sent a Marc Jacobs back to the Outnet in early July 2016 for repair (after having it for 3 months). It is now 2 October 2016 and I am still chasing up the return of my "repaired" MJ bag. No one wants to help and when I call I get a different person and told that someone will call me back -no one ever does.
How easy or difficult is the return process? And how long does it usually take for a refund to be reflected in your bank account/ credit card?
