on 4/9/13The outnet definitely sells made in china terrible quality goods which could be tagged as fake by someone comparing them to the real stuff. The outnet claims it only sells original items. The thing is that many brands nowadays produce themselves second quality items made exactly for outlets so if its inferior quality with minor differences, produced from the same company, how would you call it? Genuine or fake? The outlet calls it genuine, but if you would try to resell it could be branded as fake. It is really ridiculous.
I believe the truth is in the middle. The outnet definitely sells inferior quality goods which could be tagged as fake by someone comparing them to the real stuff. For example a dvf jacket sold on dvf site or nordstrom had silver stoppers whereas on the outnet they were black. The thing is if contact the manufacturer, for example dvf, they will not tell you that the outnet sells fakes but that the original has silver stoppers (ergo the one on the outnet with black stoppers is fake). It is really ridiculous.
