I just bought tickets thinking it was Ticketmaster but it wasn't ... I would like to cancel my other immediately...may I do this?

Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.

It was easy but don't expect any help. This company is horrible and only wants your money.
