Can I really trust you guys? I'm 13 trying to see my favorite band, this going to be my very first concert. It would suck for something to go wrong...

Don't trust them! When my tickets arrived they said seats 3 and 4 as expected. When my wife and I arrived at the concert we found out from the ushers that these seats did not exist and there were not even any stools available. We would have to stand for over 2 hours! Total rip-off! Plus they charged me the same price as the best seats right in front of stage! Do no use this company!

Something will inevitably go wrong. You will spend a lot of money and get nothing but aggravation in return. I strongly advise you to purchase tickets straight from the venue ticket seller ie: ticketmaster

Hello Brianna! Thanks for your question! You can absolutely trust us (and Jared is correct!). All the tickets listed on our site are guaranteed to be legitimate and valid for use or else the customer gets 125% of their order total returned to them. We can promise this because we deal primarily with professional ticket-selling companies that have a track record of successfully filling orders. You can rest assured that any tickets you purchase through us are being provided by professionals who sell tickets for a living. I should furthermore mention that we at TicketNetwork have our own incentives structure in place to penalize sellers for wrongdoing. This rating system is linked to seller behavior in key purchase areas and is used to reward those sellers who provide the best possible service to our customers. We run a pretty tight ship and there's really no reason to worry. We would be happy to answer any additional questions at 1-888-456-8499 or if you want to email our manager Maxine at maxine.davis@ticketnetwork.com!

Because of the way the site works, there is no accountability. I had to call three different numbers to finally get ahold of someone and even then they didn't care about my issue. I would go to the venues website and purchase tickets directly from them. It's cheaper and more reliable. I will never use ticketnetwork again.

I did not receive any of the above nor could I reach the "seller" at any time. Look at the majority of the reviews. They say the same thing. That is not by coincidence.

Brianna. My name is Jared and I don't work for ticketnetwork but I own a ticket company and we use ticketnetwork to sell tickets. When you buy tickets through ticketnetwork you aren't actually buying from them. You are buying the tickets from the broker that listed the tickets you purchased. You should not worry. As resale tickets are legitimate and you should expect to receive them by the delivery date on your receipt. If you have any questions you can always call the seller who's contact info should be on your confirmation as well
