i have read a lot of bad reviews, how can you assure me your site is legit and i won't have a problem buying and receiving my tickets.

Per the Terms and Conditions, requested tickets may sometimes be replaced with comparable tickets to the same event so you may not get the row you think you are getting. They only guarantee that 2 seats are together and if you buy more than 2, then seats could be split up.
