Not possible as far as I can tell. TikTok operates on bans, and the established users on the platform hold multiple backup accounts for when the bans inevitably occur. Ask yourself as an end user: Is it worth it? The lifeblood of social media companies is the actual users, and there's nothing so special about TikTok that you should rejoin for the opportunity to waste even more time and money there.

Coretta is correct about TikTok! All you will get is a runaround, which does nothing to rectify a problem you are having with them. You're better off just deleting your TikTok account and trying another Social Platform.
