on 4/9/15My answer is follow your complaint through and insist on a refund. I bought a tablet that didn't work and they messed me about for ever. They also put positive feedback on this site about themselves don't trust it. They kept sending me requests for photo's video's over and over again nothing happens. I gave up after 1 year and wrote the money off but It was a business purchase so the tax man picked up most of the bill. I will never deal with them again and advise everyone else to do the same.
Dear Alae, first of all, we must know who cancelled your order, yourselves or theirselves or technical problems on the net? Secondly, if they cancelled your order, in 5 days they will refund your money to your paypal account or credit card directly. If they don't refund your money, you can open a dispute on the their website regarding your cancelled order.
