In terms of shipping and fulfillment, TJmaxx is the worst store compare to any other stores I shopped from. It usually ships after more than a week. And if you want to return it by mailing back, you will need to wait even more time. It took 28 days or more to get back to my credit card from the time I sent it back. Agree with the other reviewer, they cancel order pretty often without even letting you know.

This site takes a lot longer to ship than normal sites. I do not know why they are slow. There's a chance they could also cancel your order because their inventory status is not usually up to date.

This seems to be the way they operate. It's been my experience too that they take a full 10 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive (or more). And the return timeframe is already very short with TjMaxx.
They must not be hiring enough workers, because there's no reason for such terrible shipping.
