I can never get a response from anyone. If I call the number with my issue they tell me I have to email them.

Customer service via email takes several days to a week. Phone communication is impossible.

They take several days to respond. They give you the run-around to avoid having to refund or give you the product you've asked for. I no longer trust their products to want to give them a second chance. They are simply disappointing and I've reported them to the BBB and FTC.

Impossible, do not respond to emails, or online messages.

They do not respond to any emails or phone calls. They are awful.
