Tonymoly online offers great customer support. One time my order said it was delivered but I never received it and I ended up calling their office in NY. They repsonded promptly and apologized for the inconvenience before shipping out another order to me! I'm a satisfied customer.

My orders have always come pretty fast! I've never had issues with their shipping or delivery but they do have a space on their website where you can email them your questions or concerns.
