Before I apply, I'd like to know what your refund policy is in the event I am dissatisfied with the way that the "professional writer" amends my CV?

They're a scam - and they'll all rot in hell. I hope our responses here save some other poor souls their hard earned cash. Absolutely appalling service - they're bullies and extortionists at best. A bunch of cheap crooks who cost us our hard earned cash!

No refund at all. I asked repeatedly. It's closer to a con. CV was awfully written.

On paper they have refund policy of 6 months if you don't get any interview. However, it is of no use, as money is already wasted.
