Will charge you additional Upfront tax to process your refund. Beware and donot pay any additional money. They put pressure to pay by calling many times to get money. No concern for customer.
No, have to just follow up with them every week. These guys don't have enough knowledge and information. Wish I could have taken out some time out from my schedule and did my bookings on my own
