Hopeless. They don't reply to emails. Can't get through on the phone. Useless. Better to forget about them and lose the stress. Have accepted I'll never see my money again.

It is not easy.

I was told email only.

They refuse to call when requested.

This company should be shut down as a fraud.

Tried everything... Could not get a hold of customer service at Travelup.

It's impossible. They do not have phone lines any longer- and have not responded to our emails after 3 months asking for info as our flight got cancelled due to covid.

Non existent. Phone lines closed. Emails not responsive apart from generic. Ridiculous

What Customer Service, it's easier to get sky hooks

Virtually none as phone lines are suspended and so is their facebook page.

Impossible. They have turned phone lines off and all media outlets such as face book and twitter
