I need to cancel a hotel reservation how do I do it

Read the terms of the booking company you used. Trivago is a search engine only. Many booking companies that come up on a Trivago search have a non-refundable policy, especially the lowest bids. If so, you are outta luck!

Call the hotel directly. Contact information should be in your confirmation email.
