Why so many complaints lately and double charging credit cards?

And majority of the complaints relate to NON-DELIVERY... that is stealing... Troys Florist has committed CYBER CRIMES... ribbing off innocent people

They charge for what you ordering but sending to the address cheap items
Like i buy and pay 106$ item they send 31$ item
