How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at TunesKit?

For help with program they always responded quickly in less than a day. But for canceling they took slightly over two days to reply

Very easy - just e-mail to support (at) tuneskit (dot) com
They will answer within one day. Even on Sunday :)

It's easy. I emailed them and got a reply overnight. They solved my problem.
