Well if you've had that person as your driver before then you just go to history in your app. And that driver will be on there. You just click on that driver and you will be able to write a review and give a star rating. If you have not had that driver in the past, just email uber and ask them. They are pretty good at replying to emails quickly. I hope that helps you! :)
