on 4/15/15They have changed their service for past months. Most customer service reps are in a country that have no morals. They no longer take phone calls. They have reps that get paid by how many tickets they answer and not how many problems they solve, so you have a person sending you responses that have nothing to do with your service needs or they will fix the problem wrong. They have no care what so ever about you or your life so take heed and do not do any business with Uber AT ALL you will regret it at some point
Cause this company doesn't care for any customer. It is so simple. The company with lowest BBB review.
