on 11/1/19The chatbot in the app is absolutely useless. Instead of helping with an order the app placed OF ITS OWN ACCORD, that the app wouldn't let me cancel WITHIN A MINUTE of the glitch, the bot kept spewing the same questions over and over -- and then it noticed that the word "cancel" occurred in a response and said OK, the order is cancelled, but you still have to pay! Then it went back to asking the same questions. It will not connect you to an actual person.
I got a rep on the phone after being on hold a longtime, and he was useless, too. Supposedly a supervisor will call within 48 hours. How about you just issue a refund when it's your app that doesn't function properly?!?!?
