Can i cancel my signed contract with ubuildit? I have paid the preconstruction phase fee of 3000. 00 but estimates were much higher and we decided to build it without ubuild and are not using anything ubuildit proposed. We did it completely ourselves.

Yes you can. Contact your credit card company. They will see the huge number of complaints and help you get your money back. A decent lawyer, the BBB, and the State Attorney General / District Attorney can also help. Complain and don't let these crooks continue to cheat people.

Yes you can cancel your contract. If they don't refund you the money, contact the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. Write reviews of them online. If that doesn't work, contact your State's Attorney General and Comptroller. And you could always get a lawyer. You have a strong case. Just look how many people have problems with Ubuildit. You are not alone.
