From my experience I've noticed uhaul only allows you to review the pickup and dropped location and generally where I am at least, those folks are great and helpful. The huge conglomerate running the show is at fault but there seems to be no way to easily review them specifically. They screwed me too and I wondered the same. Maybe some folks had a positive experience but I believe you are correct. Negative reviews are definitely being screened out. Sorry you had a crappy move too.

My experience with UHaul was a great one. Reviews are important and most are true. All experiences are different. Believe me I've had my share of bad ones as well. If you do reviews be honest. If good is good say it. If bad is bad say it. I rely on honest customers reviews. Many bad reviews are true experiences as well. Anger sometimes leads to a bad review that isnt always all truth.

Not sure but my experience was horrible so bad bad truck they had mileage and gas way wrong -# s did not match at all broke door and dirty dirty truck.
