Email response to an inquiry was very fast. A rep called me after my reptiles were delivered to answer any questions. Doesn't get any better than that - in fact, is the best experience I have had with any company!

I emailed them on Monday morning about a purchase that I made on Sunday, they emailed me Monday afternoon to tell me that my purchase had already been shipped.

Very easy. I've called the store and the warehouse plenty. I always reach someone. The store itself can be busy so if I were to wait a few for the employees, it's because they're attending to customers already but they acknowledge my presence while I wait my turn which is appreciated.

It is very easy to get to a hold of Underground Reptiles customers service. They are open m-f until 8pm. They are very nice and handle things and a fast and timely manner.
