I want to order from the uk and was wondering typically how long it takes until I receive my order and also what the local taxes duties part it says

Thank you for contacting UV! We offer two shipping methods. Please make sure that before you place your order that you change your Country setting on our website to be given the options below. The prices will be determined at check out, and you will be supplied with quotes before you check out. You will also supplied the opportunity to prepay your customs, but can opt out if you like. If you choose not to pay in advance, when your package arrives you will be sent a bill by your local customs office.
DHL Global Mail: 8-14 Business Days.
DHL Express: 1-5 Business days.
