How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Iphoneapprovedunlock?

Be careful with this company
Dont fall in the trap of the 17$ initial cost. Once you pay this, then they have power on you. They tell you if you want your phone unlock, you need to pay an extra 63$, and you dont have a choice. But even after you pay those 63$ extra, they keep asking you for more information and money. And you already paid 80$ so you have no choice to continue with them or loose that money. They dont answer the phone or give you a human response by email, its always you unlocking process is about to get completed. Its a scam big time!

It's relatively easy to initially get a hold of them but they offer no help and refuse to refund money.
