What do I do when UPS delivers my package to the mail box area instead of my apartment inside my Private enclosed yard.

It's driver preference and they don't care. I complained about this. I'm constantly getting medical supplies delivered and they don't care

Because they don't care. I can't imagine why anyone would use them for deliveries.
