Why would it take longer than one business day to see if something is damaged? They clearly put on my invoice to inspect it carefully at delivery and then you have one business day to report it. Plus, if something is damaged badly upon delivery, you can simply refuse it altogether and they will send a replacement. I dunno bout you but when I buy a $2,000 HDTV or even a $50 item, I always inspect it closely.

Their website states there is a 60 day refund policy. A one day claim policy makes there 60 day refund policy false/deceptive advertising.

How do they get away with a "ONE DAY" claim policy for damaged good?
