Couldn't get through on the phone and didn't have any email contact for Vacasa. Booking.com helped me... and they were great!

Don't even try! I called 15x during my two day stay, left numerous messages and NEVER spoke to management! One time I called the person said in the notes they had spoken to me which is a complete lie

They are a complete and utter JOKE of a rental company! They text you useless info, they do NOT return ANY calls!
